Blue is liberty.
Red is blood.
Here are the fronts
Personal Liberties: We are against the parts of the patriot act that do not meet due process and checks and balances. We are for treatment of nonviolent drug abusers. We are for free speech. We are for free religion in the truest since. We are for free guns for kids... eer wait i mean we are for the right to bear arms.
Liberty is reform:
We believe people should have the right to a voice in elections. This means verifiable elections with paper trails. This means INDEPENDENT redistricting. The polarized districts do nothing to help political discourse. This means the acknowledgement that we need to reform the electoral college system.
Liberty is growing and prospering, by funding education, healthcare. Prospering means economy strength.
Republicans are the party of red.
Red is blood, strife, it is the party of anger and short sightedness.
Red ink republicans with budget deficits.
Red ink republicans with pork and corporate subsidies.
Its amazing the party that has members who deny evolution have such an attachment to social darwinism. They are not the party of the Bible though. They could be the party of the old testament. Blue is the party of the new testament, more like the sermon on the mount, republicans can be the book of Job.
Blue is a much better color than red. We need to embrace it. We need to stop being shy about issues of liberty. We are the party of reform. Just dont start thinking about how great a color green is....
